Questions
Before you book
Do I need to wait at the baggage carousel?
No. Check your bags with the airline as usual, book in the EX18 app and scan your airline bag tags before you take off. When you land, you can go straight home.
What is the chain of custody?
A record of everyone who handled your bags and when. It starts when our airport team wraps and tags your bags and ends when they are handed to you or left at your door with a photo.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number and adjust the airport team and driver schedule automatically. You don't need to rebook.
What if the airline loses a bag?
We report it to the airline with you, track the claim, and deliver the bag as soon as it arrives, at no extra charge.
What can't I send?
Cash, jewelry, medication you need on the trip, and anything airlines don't allow in checked bags.
